“Aiming to train technicians and provide traineeship for athletes to assure top places in the general board of medals in the Para-Olympic Games of London in 2012. This is one of the goals of the African Para-Olympic Committee (Comité Paralímpico Africano) (APC). Its leader Angolan Leonel da Rocha Pintos, was put in office yesterday, at the Salão Nobre do Governo of the Province of Luanda. He is the new front-man of the institution responsible for the sport adapted in Africa.”
